A cake made from three layers of moist gluten free vanilla cake that have loads of chocolate chips mixed in. Then the cake is filled with vanilla buttercream and layer of edible cookie dough. Finally it is covered with brown sugar buttercream icing, chocolate ganache, and cookie pieces.
