A moist gluten free cake made from three layers of vanilla cake that has lots of crushed chocolate sandwich cookies mixed in. Then it is filled with cookies and creme icing. Finally, it is covered in vanilla buttercream and topped with chocolate ganache and more crushed chocolate cookies.
